Web Audio Messaging means simply:
"We make your Web site talk."

Why is this important? Think about the following:

Your Web site currently only gives visitors text and graphical information. Things they can SEE. Web Audio Messages (or "WAM") reinforce what they see by giving them something they can HEAR as well. This is important because a large portion of human communication is via sound. (Imagine going to a movie or watching television without any sound... would you fully understand what was going on?)

By making your Web site TALK to your visitors you can:

  • Make your site stand out and give an even better impression.
  • Highlight the most important information to ensure they don't miss it.
  • Direct them to other important pages on your site.
  • Reinforce what they read with audio summaries so that they retain the information better.
  • Keep them on your site longer.
WAM FAQs
What are Web Audio Messages and why should I put them on my site?
Your Web site now gives visitors text and graphical information, things they can SEE. Web Audio Messages (or "WAM") reinforce what they see by giving them something they can HEAR as well. This is important because a large portion of human communication is via sound. (Imagine going to a movie or watching television without any sound... would you understand fully what was going on?)
Will Web Audio Messages slow my website down or cause it load slowly?
No. The messages are played because of a small hidden piece of code that is added to the pages. The actual audio message file is hosted on, and sent from our server. Thus the additional work your web site has to do is negligible.
Do Web Audio Messages change the look of my web site?
The only visual change to any page of your site with Web Audio Messaging will be the addition of the small "control" strip which allows the message to be started, paused, or stopped. Otherwise the page does not change at all visually.
What do my site visitors need to hear Web Audio Messages?
The visitor will of course need speakers on their computer, but almost all computers are now equipped with them. In addition, the messages are played with the Flash Player. If the visitor doesn't have the Flash Player, we make it very easy for them to get it.
When will visitors to my site hear Web Audio Messages?
Usually the messages play automatically when the visitor goes to the page, thus they will hear them right away, automatically. If you prefer, we can make the messages only play when the visitor clicks on the play button in the control strip.
Do I have to put Web Audio Messages on all the pages of my site?
You can put them on one, many or all of your site's pages. The programs are flexible and you can select which pages you want to have the messages.
Can the Web Audio Messages be changed periodically?
Yes. The messages can change as often as you like. We have "scheduled" updating programs that keep them current by changing them monthly, quarterly, etc. based on a pre-arranged schedule. Or you can have us change them only "as the need arises."
Do I need a lot of technical expertise to have Web Audio Messages on my site?
No. In fact, we do everything for you. Once we have identified the pages you want to be enabled with Web Audio we write the script of the message, get your approval, use our professional voice talent and sound engineers to prepare the audio file, and then add the necessary code to the site pages to make it work. If there's ever a question or problem, we're here to handle it for you. All you have to do is tell us which pages you want to have the messages!
